The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk away from the city center, market, and all the main attractions. the owners also speak good English and are very helpful. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a modern private bathroom. Finally, the breakfast offers a self-service option with croissants and coffee/tea.
The appearance of the hotel may not meet your expectations, as it can be messy and dirty as mentioned in a review.

Absolutely everything !! Great price, good location in central Palermo close to all hist. places, very very very friendly stuff. The manager himself gave me advice what to see, where to go, all info material and city map were included in price. Very nice and clean property. Open kitchen with coffee, tea, drinks and a cake everyday. Just go and grab some. Very clean hotel and nicely, modern decorated. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Definitely one of the best reasonable price hotels I stayed in and 100% recommended !
there is nothing I wouldn't like about it, maybe the view from the balcony (into a small street) with a ruined house opposite to it; however this is not a disadvantage as Palermo is full of those which makes it very interesting and touristically attractive.

The location of this hotel was excellent - just a stone's throw away from the bustling city center and the vibrant market. It was very convenient for exploring the city on foot and getting a taste of the local culture. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, with a nice little balcony that offered a view of the charming courtyard. The twin beds provided a comfortable night's sleep, and the presence of an external bathroom added a touch of privacy.
No major issues needing improvement.

The location is in the city center wich is very good because i didn't spent money on transport and is very close to a great part of the attractions of Palermo. The hotel staff is very nice and speak very good english. At the hotel I had a lot of helpful material like maps and informations about the most interesting things to see in Palermo. I really recommend this hotel because it is very clean (they clean the rooms every day) and it gives you the feeling of being home.
Everything it was ok, i don't have things to complain of.

Excellent location, right in the historic city center, ten minutes walk to the airport bus stop. Authentic historic Sicilian building and surroundings, great feeling being in the Sicilian port city. Birds singing in the square trees, as well as flamenco guitar once. Warm and welcome staff, speak English well. Internet is fast and always online. Water, juice, cake and snakes at any time. Unbeatable price.

We had a great weekend in this hotel! the owner was really friendly and gave us some great recommendations for things to do in the area. the room was lovely and had everything we needed, including amenities in the bathroom and a comfortable bed. the location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We also loved that we could park our car easily and cheaply.
That the bathroom door was a bit difficult to open and close. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value for money option in a central location.
